Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No card, no trial period, no expiry. Seizure logging, medication reminders, video and vet reports are free permanently.
What is an AI credit?
One question to Ellika AI about your own logged data. Free plans get 50 every month, and they reset each month. Purchased credits never expire.
What happens if I run out of storage?
Nothing is deleted. You can't upload new videos until you free space or upgrade. Your existing records stay exactly as they are.
Can I get my data out?
Always, on any plan, in one tap, as CSV or PDF. It's your record, not ours.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.
Who processes payments?
Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ) acts as merchant of record. Your card details never touch our servers.
Does Ellika replace a vet?
No. Ellika organises what you record so you can share it with your vet. It does not give veterinary advice.
