Moving to Ellika from the
RVC Pet Epilepsy Tracker

The RVC Pet Epilepsy Tracker was built by researchers whose work still defines this field, and it taught thousands of owners to take seizure logging seriously. If it has stopped working for you and your records are stuck, or gone, we're sorry. That history mattered. Here's how to save what you can, and how to rebuild a record you'll never lose again.

Getting your history back
1
If the app still opens, save what you can

Open it while you still have it installed and look for any export, report or email option in its settings. If there isn't one, screenshots work: go through the seizure history and capture each entry. Slow, but it preserves dates, durations and notes.

2
Your vet has more of the record than you think

Prescription history, dose changes and visit notes live in your clinic's system. Ask for a printout at your next appointment. It's the fastest way to rebuild the medication side of the story.

3
Rebuild the log in Ellika

Ellika accepts entries with any historical date, so you can bulk-add past seizures by hand. Start with the most recent and work back, and don't worry about perfection. A rough date and duration is far better than a blank timeline.

4
Have a spreadsheet or CSV?

Ellika imports CSV files directly. Bring your spreadsheet into the app and your history comes with it. And if you'd rather not wrestle with columns, email the file to support@ellika.app and we'll import it for you.
